At Yoshihiro Cutlery, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted blades and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully clean and dry the knife, place it back in its original wooden Saya or box, and ensure it is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier to send your package to our California-based inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
